Handmade from scratch - Puff pastry sausage roll made with a special herby sausage meat from our local Clwydian Butcher. Egg washed and a sprinkle of poppy seeds to finish them off. These are a labour of love and take a few days to make with the pastry making, rolling and resting.
Can be supplied baked and ready to eat or frozen with cooking instructions,

Baking instructions - Do not defrost - Bake from frozen as pastry develops more layers.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees (make sure oven is fully preheated) Place on a cold baking tray with greaseproof paper. Bake for 40 min until cooked all the way through (75degrees).
